Shipping takes place in working days and within the next 3 days of receiving the payment of the piece.
In case of receiving a faulty piece, please notify us within 2 days after reception at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please, email pictures of the pieces as well as the packaging, and keep everything until we can solve the refund with the insurance company. The refund will take place within 5 working days maximum.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within the next 7 days of receiving the piece.
Shipping costs for return and changes will be paid by the customer.
Order cancellations are not accepted once the parcel is shipped.

Please pack the piece with care, using the same packaging material with which you received the piece, contract an insurance shipment and send us the tracking number. We recommend to contract the shipping service through www.packlink.com. Once we receive the items in perfect condition, we’ll send the refund. We are unable to refund any shipping charges for items returned. Your own return postage costs are not refundable. We are not liable for the loss of breakage of items being returned. Still, we’ll do everything we can to help you deal with the insurance company, so they make the refund, if that’s the case.
