Chawan: Japanese Style Bowl

Modeling session to create a chawan, the Japanese bowl originally used for the preparation of matcha tea: a robust and exquisite piece.

INCLUDES

• Guided session with a potter from Caterina Roma’s team.
• All materials and tools.
• Firing and glazing of the pieces.
• Tea, homemade drink or plant infused water, according to the season.

Clothes you don’t mind to get dirty

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

NOTE The pieces will be left to dry, fire and glaze at Caterina Roma’s studio. They’ll be ready to pick up three weeks later in Púbol or Barcelona. We can also send them by courier.
