Dinnerware, Wood-Firing
Gift card, valid both for our gallery in Empordà and the online store. Printed in Kraft paper, is wrapped in a high-quality white hand-made thick paper made out of recycled cotton fibres.
The serial number is what gives validity to the document, and this token can be exchanged in our Púbol gallery or at the online store. The gift card shows the value of the token, as well as the date. The expiration date is one year from the date of purchase.
In case you want us to ship it to the gift’s recipient, please indicate it in the “Additional information” at checkout, with the name, address and the message or dedication you want to be written in the card.
It’s valid both for pieces as well as for private art experiences.

Delivery
Shipping takes place in working days and within the next 3 days of receiving the payment of the piece.
In case of receiving a faulty piece, please notify us within 2 days after reception at info@caterinaroma.com. Please, email pictures of the pieces as well as the packaging, and keep everything until we can solve the refund with the insurance company. The refund will take place within 5 working days maximum.
Exchanges and returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted within the next 7 days of receiving the piece.
Shipping costs for return and changes will be paid by the customer.
Order cancellations are not accepted once the parcel is shipped.
How to return a purchase
If you would like to return your online purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@caterinaroma.com
Please pack the piece with care, using the same packaging material with which you received the piece, contract an insurance shipment and send us the tracking number. We recommend to contract the shipping service through www.packlink.com. Once we receive the items in perfect condition, we’ll send the refund. We are unable to refund any shipping charges for items returned. Your own return postage costs are not refundable. We are not liable for the loss of breakage of items being returned. Still, we’ll do everything we can to help you deal with the insurance company, so they make the refund, if that’s the case.
