We are in the season of transformation, and winter is drawing near.
This time of year marks the passage between summer’s expansion and the introspection to come — a moment to replenish, recharge, and turn inward.
For our next gathering in the Tea Room,
we will dive deeper into oolong teas — Wūlóng Chá 烏龍茶 —
and explore their alchemy: from floral lightness to roasted depth,
each oolong expresses a degree of fire — clarity – balance – rest.
On this journey, we follow the natural rhythm of the energy within each tea
and how it supports the flow of Qi (vital energy) during this transition from the metal element toward water, harmonizing breath and digestion.
During this two-hour session, we will taste oolongs of low, medium, and high oxidation, exploring how this process shapes the character of each tea and the sensations it evokes in body and mind.
We will be accompanied by the ceramic works of Caterina Roma: each texture, temperature, and form enhances the experience, integrating the act of serving and drinking into a dialogue between the mineral and the vegetal. Each tea will be paired with a raw chocolate created to complement its nuances.

• 2024 Dahongpao 大红袍 — Wuyishan Zhengyan, Fujian

Delivery
Shipping takes place in working days and within the next 3 days of receiving the payment of the piece.
In case of receiving a faulty piece, please notify us within 2 days after reception at info@caterinaroma.com. Please, email pictures of the pieces as well as the packaging, and keep everything until we can solve the refund with the insurance company. The refund will take place within 5 working days maximum.
Exchanges and returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted within the next 7 days of receiving the piece.
Shipping costs for return and changes will be paid by the customer.
Order cancellations are not accepted once the parcel is shipped.
How to return a purchase
If you would like to return your online purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@caterinaroma.com
Please pack the piece with care, using the same packaging material with which you received the piece, contract an insurance shipment and send us the tracking number. We recommend to contract the shipping service through www.packlink.com. Once we receive the items in perfect condition, we’ll send the refund. We are unable to refund any shipping charges for items returned. Your own return postage costs are not refundable. We are not liable for the loss of breakage of items being returned. Still, we’ll do everything we can to help you deal with the insurance company, so they make the refund, if that’s the case.
